a programme of activities and events that is being developed within the
District as a response to the EDEV (Extending Discipleship ... Exploring
Vocation) initiative of the
The
programme has four main aims:
1. to
help participants to reflect on their own story and calling to see where God
has called them and is calling them now
2. to
resource participants to reflect on what they already do as a follower of
Christ; creating opportunities to share in the daily Christian experience of
others and to reflect on this
3. to
help participants explore what it means to be Methodist within an ecumenical
context
4. to
offer the opportunity for participants to learn more about their faith, at an
appropriate level
We
are beginning to put together activities and events that individuals can be a
part, some offered by the District and some offered by the Guy Chester Centre.
A
series of six opportunities to experience and reflect on different aspects of
our journey of faith, between January and July 2010. The series is launched

Director of Mission.
Opportunities
include:
·
Reflecting of fresh expressions
·
Reflecting on our history
·

·

·
