Project Planning

This information is designed to help you if you are planning a project in your church or circuit. This could be a property project, a personnel project or a mixture of the two, but in all cases it needs to be well planned and it is hoped the information included will help you in this.

Setting up your Project

The Setting up your Project booklet will help you move from an initial idea to a set of aims, objectives and targets that can form the basis of your project and a bid to any funder. It also helps you put systems in place to enable successful monitoring and evaluation.
